As part of our philanthropic outreach, Western Digital provides an opportunity for nonprofit organizations and public schools to request product donations. These donations may include new WD, SanDisk, or HGST products to be used for fundraising purposes such as raffles or auctions, or to supplement the technology needs of the organization.

We ask that requests be limited to one per organization, per 12 month period.  Requests must be received no later than 4-6 weeks prior to date the item is needed.

Donations to individuals will not be considered.

All product donations are at the discretion of Western Digital. A request for product donation does not guarantee approval. Products are selected by Western Digital based on availability and budget and is at the sole discretion of Western Digital. Products received through the product donation program may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Organizations receiving donations will be required to complete a donation acknowledgement.
