In accordance with the notification requirements stipulated in item 12 of Annex № 4 to the Statute “On importation and exportation of encryption (cryptographic) items implemented in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union”. a) Мы подтверждаем, что указанные ниже продукты, общедоступны для продажи населению в соответствии с законодательством государства - члена Евразийского экономического союза без ограничений из имеющегося в наличии ассортимента в местах розничной продажи посредством любого из следующего:

- электронных сделок;
- продажи по телефонным заказам.
б) Мы подтверждаем, что шифровальные (криптографические) функциональные возможности указанных ниже продуктов не могут быть изменены пользователем простым способом в виду того, что данный функционал реализуется посредством внутреннего программного обеспечения (прошивки) встроенной микросхемы. Пользователь не имеет возможности самостоятельно изменить внутреннее ПО с целью повлиять на криптографические функции, так как прошивка записана в товары в виде машинного кода, не поддающегося каким-либо изменениям, а исходный код, необходимый для компиляции (генерации) внутреннего ПО, не предоставляется пользователям ни при каких условиях. При этом написание собственного кода требует специальных навыков и знания архитектуры аппаратной части данных товаров, представляющей собой в свою очередь конфиденциальную информацию, к которой нет свободного доступа. Пользователю лишь предлагается возможность обновить внутреннее программное обеспечение при помощи официальных дистрибутивов изготовителя, что не влечет изменения криптографических характеристик товаров;
в) Мы подтверждаем, что указанные ниже продукты, разработаны для установки пользователем без дальнейшей существенной поддержки поставщиком. Каждый нижеуказанный товар имеет в комплекте руководство по установке и использованию, в соответствии с которым пользователь может самостоятельно подключить его к своему рабочему оборудованию без необходимости обращаться к специалистам. Дальнейшее использование оборудования также не предполагает необходимости специального обслуживания или какой-либо поддержки от поставщика. Взаимодействие покупателя с поставщиком предусматривается только в случае поломки или ошибок в работе товаров с целью устранения неисправностей или замены дефектных товаров.
г) Техническая документация на указанные ниже продукты размещена изготовителем в свободном доступе и предоставляется при необходимости изготовителем или уполномоченным лицом согласующему органу по его запросу.

In accordance with the notification requirements stipulated in item 12 of Annex № 4 to the Statute “On importation and exportation of encryption (cryptographic) items implemented in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union”. Western Digital Technologies, Inc. hereby publishes the following information:
a) We confirm that the products stated under the links below will be generally available to the public by being sold, without restriction, from stock at retail selling points by means of any of the following:
- Over-the-counter transactions;
- Mail order transactions;
- Electronic transactions;
- Telephone call transactions.
b) We confirm that the encryption (cryptographic functionality) of the products stated under the links below cannot be easily modified by the user.
c) We confirm that the products stated under the links below are designed for installation by the user and can be used without further substantial support of the supplier.
d) Technical documentation for the products stated under the links below is accessible and will be provided by the manufacturer or its authorized agent, upon request, to the appropriate coordinating authority in the importer's country in order to ascertain compliance with conditions described in item 12 of Annex № 4 to the Statute “On importation and exportation of encryption (cryptographic) items implemented in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union”.
