For products purchased online directly from Western Digital, please follow the steps below to complete your return within 14 days of purchase.

STPL Cancellation & Return Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to products manufactured by Western Digital Technologies, Inc. (“Products”) purchased on (“Site”). Products on the Site are sold by STPL India (“STPL, we, us”). STPL believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellation requests shall be accepted if the process of shipping is not initiated. Customers can visit to check the shipment status of the Order. There is no cancellation allowed if the orders are shipped. STPL has the right to change the terms of the policy without any prior intimation.

Refund of a Product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

If the Product delivery takes more time than promised by STPL, then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to customer within 14 working days. STPL does not take any responsibility of a delay in refund due to the delays made by bank, calamities or national holidays. (Delivery delay due to reasons like natural calamities, unforeseen logistics restrictions, unavailability of the customer, etc. are considered exceptions and a refund request will not be entertained under such circumstances),

A customer can also seek a refund if the specification of Product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the Site. Such a request should be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the Product. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free Product or in case of any damage induced by the user.

For any Product reported damaged or proved of any missing contents at the time of delivery, customers are encouraged not to take delivery of the unit. However if the unit is received and if damage or missing items is found later, customers should report to within one working day of receipt of unit to avail necessary support.

For identified defects or non-functional cases with no user induced damages, customers are advised to contact Western Digital support for assistance. Under valid warranty conditions, the defective Product will be replaced. A Product will not be eligible for replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free Product.

Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
