What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When is your shipping cut off time?

Most orders placed for in-stock items Monday through Friday will usually ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or deliveries.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, we are unable to cancel an order as orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion. Please call Western Digital Customer Service for further assistance.

What if I receive defective or damaged product?

Western Digital Store will issue a credit for products that arrived defective or have become defective within 30 days of shipment. Visit Western Digital Support to help determine if your product is defective or if a solution exists.
