To build and preserve brand value, Western Digital Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Western Digital”) own numerous registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos and slogans (“Trademarks”) in the U.S. and/or other countries under the Western Digital, SanDisk, WD, SanDisk Professional, HGST, and G-Technology brands. The following is a non-exhaustive list of Western Digital Trademarks with the appropriate mark symbols under U.S. law. Western Digital’s trademark rights may differ in other countries. Appropriate mark symbols should be used in accordance with the trademark laws of the relevant country.
While Western Digital makes every effort to keep this list updated, it may not be comprehensive. Western Digital does not waive its trademark, or other intellectual property, rights for any trademark, service mark, logo or slogan not appearing on this list. Unauthorized or improper uses of Western Digital’s Trademarks may constitute infringement and unfair competition under federal, state and international laws.
Use of Western Digital trademarks, service marks, logos, and slogans is subject to Western Digital’s Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines.

Western Digital Trademarks are valuable assets to Western Digital and its brands and act to distinguish Western Digital’s products and services (“Western Digital Products”) from its competitors’ products and services. Western Digital takes many steps to protect against unauthorized or improper use of the Western Digital Trademarks and brands. Third parties that are authorized by Western Digital to use the Western Digital Trademarks are required to use them in a proper and consistent manner and in accordance with these Guidelines and the terms and conditions of any agreement you have with Western Digital.
Western Digital retains all ownership rights in the Western Digital Trademarks and brands. Any goodwill or legal rights created from use of the Western Digital Trademarks and brands are for the benefit of and inure to Western Digital exclusively and not to any third party. Western Digital has the complete discretion to revoke any right to use the Western Digital Trademarks, even if such use is not expressly prohibited by these Guidelines. Western Digital may modify these Guidelines without notice to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are referring to the current version of these Guidelines.
