For items purchased directly from Western Digital’s Online Store, please follow the six steps listed below within 30 days from the date of shipment to complete your return.

Pack up your item(s) for shipment.
Print your pre-paid shipping label.
Take your package to the nearest UPS Store.
Products purchased online directly from Western Digital can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Enter your order details above to get started.
Products purchased from an authorized reseller should be returned to the reseller. Only products purchased online directly from Western Digital are eligible for online returns.

Subject to the exclusions below, Western Digital’s Online Store accepts returns of purchased items within 30 days of shipment. We’ll issue a credit for items that arrived defective or that have become defective within 30 days of shipment.
