Western Digital Website Separation

On WesternDigital.com, you can shop for all HDD and platform products from the following brands: Western Digital, WD, WD_BLACK, and SanDisk Professional.  
 
On SanDisk.com, you can shop for all flash products, such as SSDs, memory cards, USB flash drives, and embedded or removeable flash from the following brands: Western Digital, WD, WD_BLACK, SanDisk, and SanDisk Professional. 

For existing Western Digital for Business members, your new SanDisk for Business account will contain basic profile information and any saved addresses. You will need to re-enter any saved payment methods into your SanDisk account. Please note, all orders and returns placed on WesternDigital.com will remain on that account and will not be present on SanDisk.com.  

No, the accounts are separate as they are tied to two different websites. Any orders, returns, or account updates made to each respective account will not be reflected on the other account. 

No, creating an account on WesternDigital.com will not automatically create an account on SanDisk.com. If you wish to purchase flash products and enjoy SanDisk for Business member benefits, please register on SanDisk.com.

Based on your past purchases, we have taken one of the below approaches: 
 
If your business has purchased a mix of flash and HDD products, your Western Digital Credit line has been split between Western Digital Credit and SanDisk Credit based on your order history percentages.  
 
If your business has only purchased HDD and platform products, your Western Digital Credit line remains unchanged. Your SanDisk for Business account has not been enabled with SanDisk Credit. 
 
If your business has only purchased flash products such as SSDs, memory cards, and USB flash drives, your Western Digital Credit line has been transferred in its entirety to SanDisk Credit on SanDisk.com.  
 
If your business has a Western Digital line of credit but has not yet made a purchase on WesternDigital.com, your credit line will be split evenly between Western Digital Credit and SanDisk Credit.

No, a SanDisk Credit account has been created under the same email address as your account with Western Digital Credit. An email has been sent by SanDisk Credit requesting verification to activate your account. During the activation process, you will be asked to set a new password for SanDisk Credit. You will have one set of credentials to sign in to Western Digital Credit and another for SanDisk Credit.
