What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will not charge your chosen payment method until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address has been entered during checkout.
Why is my credit card being rejected?
There are many reasons for a credit card to be rejected. Please check with your credit card bank or contact our Customer Service for help.
When will my order arrive?
The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on your shipping address and the shipping method you choose.
We offer Standard Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air service.
Please allow 1 business day to process your order.
Can I change my shipping address or shipping method?
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your shipping details after your order has been submitted.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
When is your shipping cut off time?
Most orders placed for in-stock items Monday through Friday will usually ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or deliveries.
What is my delivery cost?
Delivery cost is calculated and displayed before you complete the order.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, we are unable to cancel an order as orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion. Please call Western Digital Customer Service for further assistance.
What if I receive defective or damaged product?
Western Digital Store will issue a credit for products that arrived defective or have become defective within 30 days of shipment. Visit Western Digital Support to help determine if your product is defective or if a solution exists.
How do I return my items?

- Write your RMA number on your return
- Ship the product back to us
- Keep your tracking number
When will my credit appear?
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase.
