RMA Address Updates: Western Digital Customer Support
Dear Valued Customer,
To better serve our customers and streamline our processes, we are excited to announce that Western Digital service center will be moving from Teleplan Penang to Greystone Vietnam effective on November 22nd, 2021. For customers located in Malaysia, we will continue to process RMA returns in-country so please refer to the return address in https://support-en.wd.com/app/Shipping_Address.
This change applies to Customers currently returning their RMA back to Teleplan Penang, which is scheduled to cease its operation by December 31st, 2021.
RMAs created with Penang address below should be shipped no later than November 30th, 2021. Shipments that arrive in our Penang facility after December 23rd, 2021 will be rejected and returned back to sender.
